Refunds, Exchanges, "Store Credit"

Native American Art Sales Strives to provide the highest quality of customer service. 

Money back on products that have been damaged in shipping~reports of damaged products need to be made on the day of delivery.  Money back on product purchase not on shipping~in addition buyer assumes cost responsibility of Return Product Shipping Costs.

In cases that a product was received and did meet expectations, an exchange or "store credit" will be available.  Return Product Shipping Costs will be the responsibility of buyer.

There will be No refunds, store credit, or exchanges on any used products.

There will be No refunds, store credit, or exchanges on any products after 30 days of delivery.

We believe in long lasting relationships with our customers and work hard to retain a positive and helpful image.  It is communication that helps us maintain our relationships and image.  If you should encounter any problems or concerns regarding service or products please inform us immediatley and give us an opportunity to correct the problem.
