The New England Native American Calendar begins during "SEQUANAKEESWUSH" (the time of spring), which we recognize as the new year. It begins in May, when new life begins for many of the plants and animals. It's a 12 month, full color 32-page calendar of photos and biographies of today's Native Americans and important dates in our history. It also features powwows of the east coast from Maine to North Carolina. The New England Native American Calendar is a limited edition collectible, created and produced by Champlain family of the Narragansett Indian Tribe of Rhode Island. |
